Dear Oxford Schools Community,
As you are aware, the Oxford Board of Education is searching for a new superintendent. They have hired Hazard Young Attea Associates (HYA) to assist in finding the best candidate for the position. Hazard Young Attea Associates is asking our school community to participate in their online survey to determine desired characteristics of the next superintendent.
This survey is conducted by HYA, which ensures that your individual responses are kept anonymous and confidential. Please answer all questions to the best of your ability.

In addition to the online survey, HYA will be hosting focus group sessions to gain more insight on what the community desires for the new superintendent. Please see below for a list of the focus groups as well as the meeting dates and times for the community, and parent/guardianfocus group sessions. Please note, there is an additional session scheduled virtually via ZOOM for community and parents/guardians.
